• Leading tailored campus visits that convince families by highlighting Alpha’s distinctive commitments.
• Supporting prospective families throughout the enrollment journey with prompt, considerate, and consistent outreach.
• Maintaining daily adherence to all safety and safeguarding standards while proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
• Overseeing facility operations with a preventive mindset, liaising with vendors, and securing timely, budget‑conscious repairs.
• Monitoring data spanning admissions and operations to optimize strategies and produce quantifiable outcomes.

• Instructing students or designing curriculum—your domain is operational performance, not pedagogy.
• Following inflexible procedures or waiting for direction—this position demands proactive responsibility.
• Conducting standardized, impersonal tours or sending templated communications.
• Working in isolation—partnership with staff, families, and external vendors is essential.

• Bachelor’s Degree in any field
• Proven background in admissions, enrollment, or a family‑ or student‑facing capacity.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and capacity to establish trust rapidly.
• Proficiency with data tracking and analysis.
• Self‑motivated, autonomous professional with robust initiative.
• Availability to work on‑site in Chantilly, VA.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without visa sponsorship.

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $37 USD/hour, which equates to $75,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
