Build adaptive workshops, interpret live student performance data, and partner with engineers to develop literacy technologies that multiply your influence across hundreds of learners.
This position merges direct student interaction with innovative program design, allowing you to personally guide individual readers while constructing a framework that extends foundational literacy instruction across multiple school sites.
- Facilitating adaptive reading workshops that build core competencies in phonics, comprehension, and fluency
- Creating individualized motivational experiences that resonate with children and foster enduring passion for reading
- Evaluating student performance metrics to iteratively improve your methods and identify actionable insights
- Partnering with the technology team to assess and refine AI‑powered literacy tools
- Bachelor’s degree with advanced certification in reading instruction (e.g., Orton‑Gillingham, Wilson, or equivalent)
- At least 2 years of experience delivering small‑group reading interventions to early elementary students
- Skilled at assessing reading levels, grouping students, and designing differentiated instruction without pre‑written curricula
- Proficient with AI/adaptive learning tools and responsive to student behaviors within them
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
- Willingness to work on‑site at one of our campuses:
