Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Senior Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to analyze customer needs, and the capability to handle complex customer inquiries. Bilingual candidates who are fluent in English and Spanish are preferred.

Duties:

- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide assistance and resolve inquiries

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services

- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently

- Provide product information, pricing details, and delivery information to customers

- Handle escalated customer complaints or issues with professionalism and empathy

- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed

- Perform data entry tasks to update customer profiles and order details

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues

- Upsell products or services to customers when appropriate

Requirements

Experience:

- Previous experience in a customer service role is required

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred

- Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills

- Proficient in data entry and computer systems

- Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining a positive attitude

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet

- Experience in sales or upselling is a plus
