Construction Project Manager

Overview

We Search People have partnered with a well-established Site Development Company operating throughout Northern Virginia, and they are looking to add an experienced Project Manager to their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a driven construction professional with a background in site development and horizontal construction to take ownership of projects from start to finish.

• Manage site development projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and site operations
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and internal teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
• Review plans, specifications, and change orders
• Maintain strong documentation and reporting throughout the project lifecycle

• 3–5 years of Project Management experience in site development / horizontal construction
• Strong understanding of grading, utilities, earthwork, and infrastructure projects
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license and ability to work on sites across Northern VA
