Project Manager, Operations Manager, Program ​/ Project Manager

Essential Functions

• Coordinate and supervise multiple residential, commercial, and infrastructure site work projects
• Interface with all project stakeholders to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion
• Maintain project budgets, cost estimates, schedules, and resource allocations
• Provide document control, plan analysis, progress tracking, resource scheduling, and fiscal reporting
• Guide project teams on contract requirements and project specifications
• Collaborate with engineers, clients, vendors, and field operations on value engineering, change management, scheduling, and project closeout
• Select, manage, and coordinate subcontractors and material suppliers
• Report directly to the Construction Manager

• Strong technical ability to read and interpret construction documents, specifications, contracts, and plans
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Strong critical‑thinking and problem‑solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Management, Construction Management, Project Management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, Construction Management, Assistant Project Management, or a related field
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills
