• Working with Sponsor management to determine priorities and structuring the team and providing clear focus for weekly activities to support and accelerate product delivery, manage cross‑functional coordination and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations.
• Managing quality by defining standards, monitoring compliance, and applying continuous improvement practices across project phases.
• Planning and orchestrating project schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation strategies, and performance metrics to deliver outcomes on time and within scope.
• Tracking progress and communicating status, risks, and opportunities through proactive reporting and stakeholder engagement.
• Monitoring performance indicators, generating insights, and recommending action plans to enhance operational efficiency and product quality.
• Ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to industry best practices throughout project life cycles.
• Executing change management initiatives, stakeholder communication, and transition support to sustain project deliverables.
