• Analyze material and information flows.

• Syndicate with unit’s management on implementation of changes.
• Support management and associates in overall change process.
• Must be able to work autonomic and have an analytical mind.

• Train and build capability in all levels of plant regarding lean manufacturing.
• Perform diagnostics on major cost drivers (material, labor and OOC).
• Plan and guide unit management in productivity, material waste, safety and quality improvement initiatives.
• Initiate improvement proposals.
• Actively practice change management.
• Actively participate in unit’s performance management system and dialogue.
• In cases, present progress and plans to company executives.
• Liaise with corporate and area CI resources.
• Propose and keep up with company Best Practice and benchmark initiatives.

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate: $80K - $85K Per Year

Education: Bachelors Degree in Business Economics, Science, Industrial Engineering or a related field required.

Work Experience: 3-5 years lean manufacturing experience or background as industrial engineer required.

Experience in food manufacturing/production preferred.

Job

Skills:

• Proficient with MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-Access, MS-PowerPoint and MS-Outlook, math aptitude
• Possibly Visio, SAP-PP knowledge

Communication

Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Certificates, Licenses and Registrations: Lean Manufacturing / TPS / 6-Sigma certified preferred.

Travel: Limited, up to 10%.

Environmental Requirements: Normal office environment.
