Responsibilities / Qualifications- Comprehensive background acquiring inventory from all channels, private party, auction, service lane etc
- Proficient in VAuto, stock wave, accutrade and or other inventory management tools
- Understand the difference between look to book and trade efficiency
- Willing to embrace a 30 day turn philosophy
- Be a student of business and a lifelong learner
- Data and Process Driven
- Excellent compensation and benefits
- Professional off-site training thru NCM and other SMEs
- Humane work schedule- 5-day work week and one Sunday a month
- Number one Cadillac New Car retailer in the state of Virginia
