* What You’ll Do:

*** Greet service customers and act as their primary point of contact
* Accurately write repair orders and clearly explain recommended services
* Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure timely repairs
* Provide updates to customers and ensure expectations are met or exceeded
* Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
* Upsell maintenance and repair services ethically and transparently##

* What We’re Looking For:

*** Previous Service Advisor experience preferred (automotive experience strongly valued)
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multitask in a high-volume service environment
* Professional appearance and positive attitude
* Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
* Experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus##
