ResponsibilitiesThe Front Parts Counter Representative provides direct assistance to retail and wholesale customers, as well as to service department technicians, to sell the needed parts and accessories in a timely fashion. The role involves working closely with customers and technicians to identify parts requirements, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
