Scheduling Coordinator
Cape Fox Concentric Methods is accepting resumes for a Scheduling Coordinator to support the Director of Operations, Program Manager, and/or Lead Physical Fitness Coordinator by coordinating contract activities. The Coordinator will provide administrative and clerical support, assist in scheduling and tracking applicant physical fitness tests (PFTs), and collect, review, archive and submit applicant final PFT scores per established process. The ideal candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities at once in the absence of day-to-day guidance.
The salary range for this exempt position is $65,000 - $70,000. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as a 401(K) with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with facilities to book events
- Create documents using Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe
- Manage, maintain, mail/ship, and receive equipment
- Perform data entry to update applicant statuses and facility information
- Assist Director of Operations, Program Manager, and Lead Physical Fitness Coordinator with contract deliverables, schedule, and scope
- Ensure that the contract staff follows best practices and standard operating procedures
- Provide technical support and guidance to contract staff to achieve contract objectives
- Update Director of Operations, and Project Manager about contract status, updates and concerns on a daily basis
- Ensure all contract-related documents are properly updated and maintained
- Attend contract status meetings with clients on a regular basis
- Assist in resolving customer issues and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Recommend improvements to increase contract operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in administrative support to facilitate onboarding
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements- High School Diploma
- Minimum of two years of administrative or customer service professional experience
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring projects proceed efficiently and effectively
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multi-task in a busy work environment
- Strong observational and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work long hours and weekends as needed
- Ability to work in the office in Chantilly when needed
- Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
