IT Operations Assistant

Responsibilities

• Duties will include technical and administrative tasks related to inventory and account management.
• Assist in maintaining company's information technology accounts
• Mobile phone management
• Equipment Orders
• Facilitate the interaction between end users and higher-level support
• Office supplies purchasing
• Coordinating department events (Catering, Reservations, Team building exercises)
• Invoice Processing using Exflow and Dynamics
• Working with the Accounting Department on IT-related monthly closing tasks
• Maintain licenses and upgrade schedules
• Work together with other professionals to maintain standards and functionality
• Other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an administrative role or IT.
• If driving for, or on behalf of, any ECS subsidiary, a valid driver’s license is required
• Experience in inventory management and solid technical background
• Strong analytical abilities
• Experience in help desk or customer service support
• Strong practical experience of administrative duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities with close attention to detail
