Warehouse Coordinator at Centerline Logistics Corporation
OverviewDeliver supplies to vessels, coordinate all shipping and receiving, organize and track inventory, and manage and organize the warehouse and shop. Perform all other duties assigned by the Centerline Gulf Management team.
Responsibilities- Run parts and various errands to assist Operations and Engineering.
- Assist in facility maintenance.
- Provide housekeeping services for the warehouse.
- Organize and track inventory.
- Operate company vehicles and forklifts safely.
- Create and maintain a maintenance program for Centerline Gulf fleet vehicles.
- Perform related duties as assigned.
- Mechanical aptitude.
- Ability to work independently with minimal or no guidance.
- Ability to work with office staff and vessel crew members.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive communications.
- Valid state driver license and clean driving record.
- High School Diploma.
- Valid TWIC card within 45 days of hire.
- Bilingual preferred.
- Occasionally required to board tugs and barges safely with proper PPE.
- Work in warehouse, maintenance yard, and onboard vessels in all weather conditions.
- Normal office hours are 0800 to 1700, Monday through Friday.
