• Pay: Competitive hourly rate

• Schedule: Full-Time | Up to 60 Hours/Week | Overtime Required

• Shifts: Rotating monthly (6:00 AM – 6:00 PM, then 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

• Location: Channelview, TX (77530)

• Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

• Perks: Weekly pay, stable hours, benefits package after permanent hire

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

• Assist with securing trucks and yard racks

• Operate hand tools and yard equipment (grinders, hammers, pressure washers, brooms)

• Support various departments and adapt to changing assignments

• Maintain a clean and organized yard or shop area

• Complete all tasks accurately, safely, and on time

• High School Diploma or GED (must provide proof)

• Resume required for consideration

• Must pass background check and 5-hour safety orientation

• Reliable transportation required

• Prior pipe yard or pipe grinding experience a plus

• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic

• Good hand/eye coordination and ability to work in physically demanding conditions

• Able to lift, carry, and perform repetitive tasks

• Comfortable in confined spaces and around equipment vibrations

• Basic reading, math, and computer skills helpful

• PPE: Steel toe boots required at all times
