SHIPPING AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT OVERVIEW:

We are currently seeking a Shipping and Warehouse Assistant to join our team. This friendly, detail-oriented staff member will play a crucial role in the operation of the warehouse. The Shipping and Warehouse Assistant will be required to assist with shipments, maintain up-to-date documentation, and support other departments, as necessary. This position will report directly to the US Shipping Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE SHIPPING AND WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

* Assist with US Domestic Shipments

* Complete product paperwork and documentation accurately and completely

* Maintain organized and efficient warehouse storage

* Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments

* Aid the Receiving Department, as needed

* Support other departments, when necessary

* Assist in regular cleaning and maintenance tasks

* Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations

* Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Minimum 1 year of successful prior experience in shipping department

* Basic computer proficiency and data entry abilities

* Extremely high attention to detail

* Lift 50+ lbs consistently throughout shift

* Ability to communicate effectively with others

* Ability to problem solve and multi-task

* Ability to recall information (e.g., policies, procedures, product information) or find it as needed

* Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent

* Team player attitude

* Ability to pass pre-employment Background and Drug Screenings
