At Smartpress, we’re looking for a dynamic Managed Services Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building lasting client partnerships. You’ll manage a portfolio of clients who utilize our Marketing On Demand platforms to support large‑scale print and fulfillment programs. Working closely with Project Managers and Site Implementation Managers, you’ll ensure programs run smoothly, client expectations are met, and Smartpress continues to grow year over year.

Guided by our mission and core values, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence within client organizations and ensuring client satisfaction at every step.
Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, with a minimum of 3 days in the office.
A variety of these traits will help land you this job if you have- a Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent print or retail industry experience in a sales role.
- a minimum of 5 years industry experience with a proven track record of success in growing a customer base and expanding sales with existing customers.

- develop business within client accounts by cultivating relationships and understanding client needs and expectations for Smartpress deliverables.
- serve as a strategic business partner to assigned clients, deeply understanding their business model, goals, and strategic vision to identify opportunities for growth.
- collaborate closely with the assigned Project Manager (PM) and implementation teams (Design, Production, etc.) to clearly communicate client expectations and ensure deliverables are met on time, within budget, and to the required design and quality standards.
- maintain positive, ongoing client relationships while also pursuing new business opportunities.
- perform miscellaneous projects and tasks as requested by management.
- achieve or exceed assigned sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- travel to client corporate and retail operations as needed.
- partner with the Business Development Account Executive to understand the current pipeline and transition plans.
- able to effectively communicate, both verbally and in writing. Strong interpersonal skills including, demonstrated listening skills and the ability to present ideas and thoughts concisely and effectively both internally and outside the organization.
