Part Time Clean Team

Job Overview

Cub Chanhassen is looking for a dedicated individual to fill a part‑time Clean Team position. Clean Team members ensure safe and clean store conditions and provide on‑going customer interaction with prompt, courteous and accurate service.

• General maintenance and cleanliness of the store.
• Ensure that carts are available for customers.
• Maintain proper floor conditions.
• Remove and dispose of trash.
• Follow all store and department policies and procedures.
• Assist with customer questions or requests.

• Operate equipment such as scanner, register, check approval machine, coupon machine, intercom, calculator, etc.
• Be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Strong memorization, reading, writing and math skills.
• Provide prompt, courteous and accurate service during ongoing customer interaction.
• Make good judgment when direct supervision may not be immediately available.
• Understand and follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies verbally or in writing.
• Work shifts of varying length and time, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Be 16 years of age and older.

• Lift or carry up to 50 lbs.
• Walk on uneven ground.
• Reach, bend, turn and perform repetitive motions.
