• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, push freight to the sales floor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by prioritizing fills and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as merchandise sells through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes with clearance merchandising and signing execution.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from fitting rooms and guest services is returned to the sales floor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU) while complying with applicable laws.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests as you perform daily tasks and assist them as needed.
• Engage with guests to solve specific needs and thank them for shopping at Target.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business needs.

• Willing to work a flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, holidays, and peak times).
• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories; welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate across multiple devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology.
• Effective communication, ability to work independently and with a team, and resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and productive in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple tasks.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders and move merchandise safely; frequently lift up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds.
• Flexible work schedule; reliable attendance required.
• Work in varying temperatures and conditions; able to stay mobile for the duration of a shift.
