Riley Crossing is one of Ebenezer's newest senior living communities located in Chanhassen, MN near Hwy 101 and County Road 212. Opened in 2019, it hosts 134 units of Independent, Assisted Living, Enhanced and Memory Care in total. This location also offers on‑site intergenerational child care and interactive programming with our seniors.

• 32 hours per two‑week pay period
• Evening shift, shift differential of $1/hour (4:00 pm–9:00 pm)
• Every other weekend

• Bathing/showering
• Foot and fingernail care
• Shaving
• Dressing
• Assistance with use of hearing aids and/or glasses
• Hair care
• Feeding
• Toileting
• Escorts
• 1‑2 person transfers and use of mechanical lift

• Assists with treatments per individualized care plan under the direction of the Registered Nurse (includes blood glucose monitoring)
• Administers medication or assists with this under the direction of the Registered Nurse (includes insulin injections) and takes and records temperature, blood pressure, pulse and respiration under the direction of the Registered Nurse
• Performs specified home services: laundry per schedule; following cleaning schedule; delivering meal trays; assisting with meal service in dining room; assisting with preparing for and/or facilitating resident social and recreational activities; observing tenants/residents and reporting status to appropriate staff; notifying appropriate staff of changes in physical and/or emotional conditions such as change in attitude or mood, loss of appetite, change in weight;
  
  serves as a mandated reporter and reports any concerns regarding potential mistreatment; offers pertinent observations and input; responds appropriately to resident and building emergencies.

• Less than 1 year of experience
• Ability to use technology in the form of computers, handheld devices, cell phones and fax machines
• If under 18 must be on the MN NA registry

• 1‑3 years of experience

An individual's pay rate within the posted range may be determined by various factors, including skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience and market conditions.
