Production Lead, Millwork

Production Lead – Millwork team. In this role, you'll direct, control, and track wood‑shop projects from beginning to end while managing line employees and temp workers.

Shift Available: Monday – Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (Overtime eligible). This is a 40‑hour work week.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in fabrication or millwork.
• Kitting or assembly experience is a plus.

• Make the right call with quality decisions, good judgment, and keen problem‑solving skills in determining better, more efficient workflows.

• Review projects and create a vision for line set‑up and flow.
• Direct team on tasks needed to complete the job on time.
• Monitor the quality control on lines.
• Ensure all necessary paperwork is utilized for the projects.
• Complete time studies as needed.
• Set up production lines.
• Assist in the training and development of both regular and temporary workforce.
• Perform miscellaneous projects and complete various tasks as requested by management.

Compensation Range
: $49,400 – $57,616 annually.

* Range reflects our good‑faith assessment of hiring range based on market conditions, experience level, and internal equity.
