• Leverage feedback to conduct diverse test methods for product validation and benchmarking.
• Work with application equipment to provide solutions to enhance customer related processes.
• Responsible for directly communicating with sales, marketing, PD, innovation, and members of Application Engineering field team.
• Responsible for product recommendations, customized products applications, new product demonstrations and troubleshooting for customers.
• Responsible for products application / technical training and coaching of field sales forces and customers.

• Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1-year lab experience, preferred experience in thermal management materials testing.
• Highly driven with a sense of urgency, self‑starter – takes initiative.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to support up to 25% travel per year.

The salary for this role is $64,000.00 - $75,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
