Partners Dental Solutions is seeking a highly capable, forward-thinking Executive Administrative Assistant to serve as a strategic partner to the CEO. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in high-accountability environments and is motivated by meaningful impact and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities Executive Partnership & Strategic Calendar Leadership- Own and manage the CEO’s dynamic calendar, aligning time with strategic priorities and business objectives
- Evaluate incoming requests and determine appropriate prioritization and delegation
- Prepare executive briefing materials, summaries, and decision-support documentation
- Draft and manage high-level correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Anticipate scheduling conflicts and proactively resolve competing priorities
- Coordinate executive and leadership meetings, ensuring clarity of purpose and preparedness
- Develop agendas, organize supporting documentation, and prepare presentations
- Capture meeting notes and manage follow-through on key action items
- Support cross-departmental communication to ensure alignment on initiatives
- Oversee coordination with key vendors, consultants, and service providers
- Manage contracts, renewals, and executive-level service agreements
- Support operational arrangements across affiliated business entities
- Assist in evaluating vendor performance and identifying process improvements
- Manage and reconcile executive expenses and corporate credit card activity
- Monitor recurring services, subscriptions, and executive-level operational costs
- Assist with data gathering and reporting to support leadership decision-making
- Assist with high-priority strategic initiatives, research, and data analysis
- Build systems and processes that increase organizational efficiency
- Track critical projects and ensure deadlines are met
- Identify potential operational gaps and propose thoughtful solutions
- Handle highly sensitive business and personal matters with discretion
- Support personal scheduling and coordination as needed
- Serve as a trusted and reliable extension of executive leadership
- 5+ years of executive-level support experience, preferably supporting C-suite leadership
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating in high-level decision environments
- Experience managing vendors, contracts, and external partners
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities
- High emotional intelligence and professional maturity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
