Customer Service Specimen Collector

Fastest Labs of Chanhassen is a fast growing locally women owned lab that is committed to providing the cleanest, friendliest, and fastest testing facilities in the industry. We assist everyone who walks through our doors within five minutes, providing pleasant and professional assistance no matter the service you need. We work hard to ensure that our offices offer a warm and welcoming environment that you can feel comfortable in.

• Self-starter and ability to work independently.
• Collecting donor urine, hair, fingernails and saliva specimens (No blood draws)
• Answering phone with a “High Level” of customer service
• Data entry, filing reports, invoicing and send results via email
• Cleaning the testing rooms and office daily

We are looking for someone who is customer focused and energetic. We will train you on the job for all clinic technician duties you need to perform. The following skills would make you a good fit for this position.

• Positive energy and a good attitude
• Must be comfortable interacting directly (on the phone and in person) with a wide range of customers
• Able to maintain a calm presence in a fast paced environment
• Basic Computer and some Microsoft Office Skills - (Google Docs & Excel)
• Maintains regular and punctual attendance
• Organizational Skills with strong attention to detail
• High School Graduate or Equivalent

We are closed weekends and Holidays.

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• No medical experience needed, we will train you.
• NOT a remote position
• Must pass a background check and drug test including marijuana.
