Work Location: Chandler, AZ
Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (day and overnight shifts available, including weekends)

• Compensation: $24 per hour during 4-week training period; $25 per hour after training; $2 per hour shift differential for overnight shifts

• Provide 24/7 operational support, handling calls from clients to arrange air and ground transportation
• Coordinate logistics for OPOs and Transplant Centers, ensuring the efficient movement of medical teams and critical organs
• Serve as a driver when needed, handling medical team pick-ups, organ transport, and medical specimen deliveries
• Oversee scheduling and workflow for Trinity and third-party drivers to meet customer expectations
• Maintain effective communication with internal teams, hospitals, and transport providers
• Participate in continuous training and industry development

• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, aviation, transportation, or healthcare management
• Strong ability to problem-solve and make quick decisions under pressure
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to donation and transplantation preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and dispatch systems
• Valid Arizona Driver’s License with a clean driving record
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work extended shifts
• Pre-employment drug screening required (safety-sensitive position)
