Software Engineer (Contingent Resource) - Chandler, AZ
About the Role
In this contingent role, you will support software engineering initiatives and contribute to planning and execution across moderately complex technical projects. You'll apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate engineering challenges, recommend solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to meet project goals.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to moderately complex software engineering projects and support large-scale planning activities.
- Review, analyze, and troubleshoot technical challenges requiring evaluation of multiple variables.
- Partner with engineers and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain alignment with organizational standards, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support the delivery of software engineering outcomes by applying domain knowledge and established best practices.
- Collaborate directly with client engineering teams to drive progress and ensure successful project execution.
- 4+ years of software engineering experience OR equivalent combination of:
- Relevant professional or consulting experience
- Technical training
- Military experience
- Academic background in a related field
