Over 50 million people use Speechify's text-to-speech products to turn whatever they're reading – PDFs, books, Google Docs, news articles, websites – into audio, so they can read faster, read more, and remember more. Today nearly 200 people around the globe work on Speechify in a 100% distributed setting – no offices. The team consists of frontend and backend engineers, AI research scientists, and professionals from Amazon, Microsoft, Google, Stripe, Vercel, Bolt, and others.

This key role is ideal for someone who thinks strategically, enjoys fast-paced environments, is passionate about product decisions, and has experience building great user experiences that delight users.

• Actively ship production code to the web products.
• Work closely with a dedicated product team.
• Participate in product discussions to shape the product roadmap.
• Work on new and exciting features that impact millions of lives.

• Experience building and shipping products that have scaled to thousands or millions of users.
• Customer‑obsessed, with a passion for building high‑quality products that serve user needs.
• Fast at generating ideas and deciding what can ship now versus what needs time.
• Ability to focus in a high‑growth, remote team, knowing when to engage or be heads‑down.
• Excellent collaboration skills, able to inspire, play, and negotiate with designers, marketers, and PMs.
• Proficiency with Vanilla JS, React
  
  JS, Redux, Firebase, and Typescript.

US‑based salary range: $140,000–$200,000 per year, plus bonus and stock options, depending on experience.
