Software Engineer, Python
Akkodis is seeking an Application Programmer for a Contract job with a client in Chandler, AZ(Hybrid). The ideal candidate must have fluency in Python or Java and experience with Unix/Linux systems. Key responsibilities include troubleshooting and managing relational databases like Oracle.
Rate Range: $60/hour to $65/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
- Writing and maintaining efficient, reusable code
- Troubleshooting and debugging software issues
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design software solutions
- Managing and optimizing databases for performance and scalability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field
- 5+ years of experience in application programming.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java)
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., Oracle) and Unix/Linux systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Git Lab or Jenkins
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $65.00 per hour
