Responsibilities:

Perform mechanical services and repairs to golf vehicles, turf products, industrial units, and trailers.

Perform duties at the branch location or on-site at customer locations.

Make deliveries or pickups to ensure service continuity and maintain customer accounts.

Perform on-the-road service calls.

Provide sales leads to management.

Maintain all assigned tools and equipment in the branch or on service trucks.

Ensure preventive maintenance of company vehicles and trailers.

Report major service needs or safety issues to supervision.

Complete work orders, parts orders, delivery reports, timesheets, and other documentation.

Perform other duties as required by management.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
At least 2 years of relevant experience.
Own tools required.
Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
Good driving record.
Previous vehicle servicing experience preferred.
