Our main shop is located at 5858 W Riggs Road, Chandler, AZ 85226. This position is in the field, working at different job sites in Arizona (may be required to travel).

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our machinery and equipment are operating at peak performance. You will be responsible for conducting regular maintenance checks, troubleshooting issues, and executing repairs as necessary. Your expertise will be invaluable in minimizing downtime and enhancing operational efficiency.
Working closely with production teams, you will implement preventive maintenance strategies, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards. Your role will also involve maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities, providing feedback on equipment condition, and suggesting improvements to enhance performance. Duties/Responsibilities (Essential Functions):
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of industrial equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly and efficiently.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Collaborate with production teams to minimize operational disruptions due to equipment failure.
- Assist in the installation and setup of new industrial equipment as required.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during maintenance activities.
- Perform replacement of electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components
- Researching and communicating with sub-contractors/suppliers to support the equipment repair/replacement needs
- Be flexible (On occasion) to work hours that would support improvements/repairs during off production hours
- Perform Miscellaneous duties as assigned
Additional Responsibilities:
- Keep work area clean and organized.
- Record information about time, parts, materials, and repair details and procedures.
- Confer with coworkers to coordinate work activities.
- Complete and properly document assigned work orders.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Industrial Equipment Maintenance Technician or similar role.
- Must be able to identify and evaluate root cause failures using various tools, schematics and other trouble shooting methods.
- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
- Basic knowledge of PLC and CNC based machines.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools and maintenance equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical certification or degree in engineering or related field is preferred.
