Security Officer - Unarmed Property Patrol

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.;
Monitor access points and authorized areas, verify identification and/or credentials as required, and help to maintain visitor, vendor, and delivery logs according to post orders.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting observations and notifying site contacts and/or public responders as directed.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, including building common areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by site.;
Complete detailed reports on patrol activities, incidents, and maintenance or hazard observations, and communicate relevant updates to site management and/or Allied Universal supervision.
