Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at an aerospace and defense location;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations;
Monitor access control points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and document entries, exits, and unusual activity per post orders;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including observing conditions, providing clear information to site contacts, and requesting additional resources when needed;
Complete accurate reports and logs regarding patrol findings, access activity, and incidents; communicate observations to site personnel and/or Allied Universal leadership as required
