As a Security Officer - Office Tower Patrol in Chandler, AZ
, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence that helps reduce security-related incidents, and support tenants and visitors with strong customer service and clear communication.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $18.17 / Hour

Days and times for this role include the following overnight shifts:

• Wed 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Thu 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Fri 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sat 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM
• Sun 10:00 PM – 06:00 AM

• Provide customer service to clients at a commercial real estate location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities where appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including calls for service, alarms, and tenant concerns.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of building interiors, common areas, loading dock areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter, as assigned.
• Monitor access points and deter unauthorized entry by observing visitor and contractor activity and directing individuals according to site procedures.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues, and communicate findings to the appropriate contacts.
• Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation per Allied Universal and site guidelines.
• Operate site communication equipment and any assigned monitoring systems, and notify appropriate personnel when conditions warrant.
• Provide assistance with tenant and visitor directions, after-hours access requests, and other customer service needs within assigned post guidelines.

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet (preferred).
• Alarm panel experience (preferred).
• Ability to lift 20 lbs or more (preferred).
• Access control and/or badge experience (preferred).
• Customer service experience (preferred).
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required in accordance with federal, state, and local laws;

• Drug screen required to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.
