Job Description As a Security Officer - Dispatch Operations in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading aerospace and defense location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, help to deter security-related incidents, and provide outstanding customer service. You will play a vital role in maintaining a secure environment through routine patrols and clear communication.

What You'll Do:
* Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the location.
* Receive, document, and relay information regarding security-related incidents, emergencies, and routine activities to appropriate team members and management.
* Communicate with on-site security-related personnel to provide updates, instructions, and support as needed.
* Assist in maintaining logs and records of all calls and activities handled during the shift.
* Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and requests from employees, visitors, and vendors in a professional manner.
* Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
* Assist with the implementation of site-specific policies and procedures as directed by Allied Universal and the client.
* Support routine and emergency communication efforts to help to deter unauthorized activities and promote a secure environment in the aerospace and defense location.

Minimum Requirements:

* At least 2 years of security-related experience is required.
* A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
* Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
* Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
* Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
* As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
* Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
