Cycle Bar General Manager – Little Rock

Cycle Bar is seeking a General Manager for our state‑of‑the‑art location in Little Rock. Our General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.

• Lead generation including grass‑roots marketing and networking.
• Membership sales and conversion of non‑membership users to a membership base.
• Manage staff schedule and supervise CBX teams.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
• Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio.
• Coaching, training, and educating CBX team on hospitality and sales conversion tactics.
• Work with studio owner on set monthly, weekly, and daily targets for meeting goals.
• Drive referral business through ambassadorship.
• Any other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
• Confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps.
• Ability to manage and drive 2 revenue streams: memberships and retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, and email.
• Ability to excel in a fast‑changing, diverse environment.
• Great judgment, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills.
• Affinity and passion for fitness.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
• Proficient with computers and studio software.
• Trustworthy and able to handle confidential information.

• Competitive base salary + commission based on experience & performance.
• Commission paid on sales and opportunity for bonus based on performance.
