Commercial Electrical Sales; Account – Mission Critical Power

We are hiring a quota-carrying Commercial Electrical Sales Representative to grow and manage commercial accounts in the mission‑critical power and HVAC space. 🚀

We are a specialty contractor delivering UPS systems, generators, precision HVAC (CRAC/CRAH), and critical infrastructure solutions for data centers and commercial facilities.

This is a growth‑focused role where you will:

• Manage and expand ~30 commercial accounts
• Identify upgrade and replacement opportunities
• Conduct site visits and basic technical discovery
• Build and present proposals ($25K–$250K typical range)
• Drive revenue through long‑term relationship building
• Carry and manage an individual sales quota

• 3–7 years of experience in commercial electrical, HVAC, generator, or power systems sales
• Experience selling into commercial or industrial clients
• Comfortable conducting site walks and discussing electrical infrastructure
• Experience managing a pipeline and revenue target
• Strong follow‑through and team‑first mentality
• Technical depth in UPS or switch gear is a plus — but we can teach product. We need someone who can sell.
