Member Sales & Service Specialist

Pay range: $15.15 per hour (commission and free classes may increase total compensation).

• Respond to customer emails, text messages, and phone calls—return all within same day.
• Execute sales protocols for prospect follow‑up, membership sales or intro class booking.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients of the studio, in person or through phone, text or email.
• Conduct tours of the facility while actively engaging with individuals.
• Meet or exceed sales call goals per shift.
• Meet or exceed assigned KPI’s.
• Achieve personal and studio‑level sales goals.
• Help to maintain a clean and orderly studio.
• Participate in special events as needed to promote the studio.
• Smile a ridiculous amount.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone, via email and text message.
• Comfort with public speaking in groups of up to 12 people.
• Strong sales and customer service skills.
• Goal‑oriented with ability to achieve membership, retail, and service objectives.
• Ability to learn and use the Club Ready software system.
• Punctual, reliable, and professional.
• Ability to work harmoniously as part of a team.
• Ability to adapt and evolve in an ever‑changing fast‑paced diverse environment.
• Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours during the workday.
• Hearing sufficient to understand conversations, in person and on the telephone.
• Reliable means of transportation to studio and occasional off‑site events.

• Starting at $15.15 per hour plus commissions and free classes.
