Summary We are a top 1% real estate team expanding in Arizona, and we are hiring a high-performance Real Estate Agent who is serious about production, mastery, and building a real business—not dabbling. Your Daily Responsibilities Include
  • Converting warm leads generated through our systems and campaigns
  • Running high-energy, high-conversion open houses
  • Taking and attending buyer/seller appointments with precision
  • Following a proven weekly cadence of calls, follow-ups, and pipeline tracking
  • Using our scripts, CRM, and tech stack to hit measurable goals
  • Maintaining a high standard of response time, communication, and professionalism

  • Create New Business Every Day:
    Make proactive calls, respond lightning-fast to inquiries, and stay in consistent conversation with your pipeline. Momentum is everything. The agents who talk to the most people win the most business—period.
  • Run High-Impact Open Houses:
    Prep, market, and host open houses that actually convert, not just sit there. This is one of our fastest paths to listings, buyers, and immediate closings.
  • Lead Powerful Buyer & Seller Appointments:
    Use our proven presentations and scripts to win trust and win business on the spot. Strong consultations separate top agents from everyone else—and dramatically raise your close rate.
  • Guide Clients Through a Five-Star

    Experience:

    Show homes, write offers, negotiate like a pro, and support clients from first meeting to closing table. Exceptional service = more referrals, more repeat business, and a bigger long-term book.
  • Work Your Pipeline Like a CEO:
    Keep your CRM updated daily and follow through on tasks, follow-ups, and next steps. A well-managed pipeline builds predictable income and puts you in control of your business.

Qualifications
  • Active Real Estate License:
    You’re licensed and ready to get into real production — fast.
  • Experienced or Newly Licensed – Both Succeed Here:

  • Driven, coachable, and ready to follow a proven plan:
