• $15/hr + commission + sales incentives

• Reliable attendance, professionalism, and prior sales or customer service experience
• Evening and weekend availability
• Availability for the following shifts:
• Mon–Fri: 6:30am–2pm or 2pm–9:15pm
• Sat & Sun: 7:30am–1pm or 1pm–6:15pm

As a Membership Sales Associate, you are the face of the studio and play a key role in creating memorable experiences.

• Driving membership sales confidently in a commission-based atmosphere
• Connecting with leads through our CRM using upbeat, proactive outreach
• Educating guests on the benefits of infrared sauna + red light therapy
• Booking appointments and setting follow-ups
• Delivering warm, polished guest service that makes every member feel welcome
• Conducting engaging studio tours for first-time guests
• Answering questions about services, memberships, and amenities
• Maintaining a pristine studio environment, including turning over sauna rooms
• Organizing and managing towel inventory and cold towel preparation
