Inside Wholesale Account Executive – Entry-Level (Chandler, AZ Headquarters)

Oaktree Funding is looking for ambitious and driven individuals to join our Chandler, AZ headquarters as Inside Account Executives. This is an entry-level opportunity to gain hands-on industry experience, receive top-tier training, and launch a career in mortgage sales.

• Build relationships with mortgage brokers, loan officers, and financial professionals.
• Educate and sell Oaktree’s wholesale mortgage loan products over the phone.
• Leverage company-provided marketing leads while developing your own network.
• Learn the ins and outs of the mortgage industry through hands-on experience.
• Work closely with our sales and operations teams to ensure seamless loan processing.

• Recent College Graduate – Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Finance, Communications, or related fields).
• Strong Work Ethic & Drive – A self-starter with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset.
• Excellent Communication Skills – Ability to build rapport and engage clients over the phone.
• Desire to Learn – Passion for developing expertise in mortgage sales and finance.
• Team Player – Thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Base Salary + Uncapped Commission Potential – Total first-year earnings typically range from $50,000 - $100,000+ with top performers exceeding six figures.
