As a Server in our community restaurant, you will provide friendly, professional, and efficient service during meals and special events, ensuring residents’ dietary needs and preferences are met while fostering a welcoming dining environment.

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals are served according to residents’ dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear and reset tables promptly after meals, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
• Communicate resident feedback and requests to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and local health department regulations.

Education and Certificates

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card and knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food codes a plus.

Experience, Competencies, and Skills

• 6–12 months experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service.
