The Sicilian Butcher is seeking a high-energy Busser who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment. In this role, you’ll be essential to keeping the dining room spotless and guest-ready, supporting servers during busy shifts, and helping service flow seamlessly. The Busser will work with servers to set tables, deliver requested items, remove used dishes, and practice good table maintenance. You will ensure our guests have a high-quality dining experience by keeping the dining area clean and serving food promptly and accurately.
- Prepare dining areas before guests are seated, including setting silverware, napkins, tableware, and condiments
- Remove dirty utensils and replenish them as needed
- Clean and reset tables after guests leave
- Act as the contact point between Front of House and Back of the House staff
- Maintain health and safety regulations in all kitchen and dining areas
- Deliver orders from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately
- Inform restaurant staff about customer feedback or requests (asking for the check etc.)
- Perform other duties as assigned by upper management

Working ConditionsPosition requires qualified individuals to see, hear and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time; lift up to 50 pounds, bend, stoop and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms.
May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions.
