- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties while providing expert guidance throughout the entire real estate transaction process.
- Conduct market research to identify property values, market trends, and competitive listings to advise clients effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, and other real estate professionals to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Prepare and present offers, counteroffers, and contracts in compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
- Coordinate property showings, open houses, and inspections to showcase listings and attract potential buyers.
- Utilize marketing strategies, including digital platforms and social media, to promote listings and generate leads.
- Stay updated on local real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure professional and ethical service delivery.
- Valid Arizona real estate license required
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a licensed real estate agent preferred
- Strong knowledge of local Chandler and greater Phoenix real estate markets
- Proven track record of successful property sales and client satisfaction
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and commitment to client service
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license required
