Job Summary

Medivant Healthcare is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Visual Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting and ensuring the quality of our medical products and packaging by visually identifying defects or discrepancies. We are considering both experienced professionals and freshers with strong eyesight who can contribute to the high standards of quality our company upholds.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform detailed visual inspections of medical devices, products, and packaging to ensure they meet quality and regulatory standards.
  • Identify defects, damages, or irregularities in materials or finished goods.
  • Report and document any findings or discrepancies to the Quality Control team.
  • Ensure that all products are in compliance with safety and quality specifications before being released for shipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the production team to communicate any quality concerns or potential improvements.
  • Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines while performing inspections.
Qualifications
  • Experience:

    Prior experience in visual inspection or quality control is preferred but not required. Freshers with a strong ability to identify visual defects and attention to detail are encouraged to apply.
  • Skills:
    • Strong eyesight and ability to spot even minor discrepancies.
    • Excellent attention to detail and focus on precision.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Good communication skills to report issues clearly.
    • Familiarity with basic quality control procedures (an advantage).
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent; a background in life sciences or healthcare is a plus.
