Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients on their recovery journey. Each program is tailored to the individual patient’s needs. The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is responsible for delivering basic patient care under the supervision of nursing staff, supporting patients’ comfort and assisting with daily living activities and clinical procedures.
Essential Functions- Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a healthcare environment.

- Education:
Completion of a nursing assistant training course. - License:
Current state certification as a Nursing Assistant. - Experience:
Minimum six months of experience in an acute care or long‑term care setting preferred. - Certifications:
CPR/BCLS certification required.
