Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift (1900–0700) ? Common Spirit Health – Arizona Pre-screening:
All travelers must complete a prescreen and profile review prior to interview. ✅ Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (≥80%, max 2 attempts) before offer. Failure = DNU for Common Spirit AZ & Sacramento for 6 months. ✅ Travelers will complete a pass/fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided). Unit Details:
Unit:
Labor & Delivery | Beds: 18 LDRPs, 14 OB Triage, 8 Antepartum Average Deliveries: 8–10/day (~3,800+ per year) OR Suites: 2 fully equipped C-section ORs Ratios: 2:1 (varies by acuity);
Antepartum 4:1; C-sections 1:1 Certifications

Cerner | EFM:
Fetal Link Orientation: 1 week unit-specific Requirements:
Must have C-section and computer charting experience (Cerner preferred) Experience titrating Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate per protocol Level II EQ facility (gestations ≥28 weeks) | Level I Trauma Center Additional Info:
