Our Phoenix Skilled Office is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Skilled Nursing team in either pediatric and geriatric private duty roles. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care- delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability

Meet Our Clients:

Currently, we have open hours with both geriatric and pediatric clients located in Mesa, Chandler, and Queen Creek.

Compensation and

Schedule:

• Day shifts available: Weekdays and Weekends.
• Starting pay: $35-40 per hour (client-specific)

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands‑on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

What your day looks like at BAYADA:

• Travel to one client’s home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations

Qualifications for a private duty RN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Arizona
• One year of experience working as a Registered Nurse
