As an Environmental, Health & Safety Technician – Manufacturing, you will ensure day‑to‑day onsite compliance with EHS regulations, provide environmental and safety onboarding and refresher training, conduct compliance audits and accident investigations, and serve as a subject‑matter expert on EHS topics.

• Ensure day‑to‑day onsite compliance with EHS regulations
• Provide environmental and safety onboarding and refresher training to new and existing employees
• Conduct compliance audits
• Conduct accident investigations and associated root‑cause analysis investigations
• Provide expert guidance on implementation of safe work procedures and completing/updating JSAs
• Recommend and facilitate updates to site‑specific EHS procedures
• Assist with driving a culture of safety at assigned location
• Perform preventative inspections on equipment such as AEDs, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, etc.
• Conduct environmental inspections and sampling (stormwater, SPCC, hazardous waste)
• Serve as a SME on EHS related topics
• Participate on safety committee
• Other duties as assigned

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position or an associate’s degree in EHS (or equivalent education and experience)
• Knowledgeable in safety (manufacturing) regulations
• Fluent in English (and native language if different)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Strong interpersonal skills, able to motivate and inspire others
• Ability to speak in front of large groups
• Self‑motivated, driven, and positive attitude
• Strong organizational skills and demonstrated ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously

• Spanish fluency
• Knowledge of environmental compliance regulations/requirements
• Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment

• Lifting up to 50 lbs. to 37 inches high
• Vertical lift up to 42 lbs. to 52 inches high
• Carry up to 50 lbs. for a minimum of 50 feet
• Dexterity to assemble small pieces such as nuts and washers
• Ability to sustain a crouched position and reach repeatedly across a barrier
• Standing hours: approximately 50%
• Computer hours: approximately 50%
• Work environment is fast paced; noise and temperature levels can vary

• Must pass a drug screen
• Must pass a background check
• Must complete a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE) to ensure physical capability of the work prior to starting

• If your role requires wearing steel‑toed boots, the company will reimburse employees $50 per pair every two years
• Array operates under strict guidelines and safety standards. Ear protection, hard hats, and standard non‑prescription safety glasses are provided by the company
