Job Title:
Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of production equipment, including pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems. You will ensure the preventive maintenance plan is updated and actively participate in the deployment and optimization of an automated production line. Adherence to safety regulations and procedures is paramount in this role.
Responsibilities- Serve as a resource for the repair of production equipment (pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical, and welding systems).
- Track and ensure the updating of the preventive maintenance plan for equipment.
- Actively participate in the deployment, maintenance, and optimization of an automated production line.
- Follow the preventive maintenance program for various equipment.
- Know and strictly apply safety regulations, and adhere to procedures and work methods related to the operation of equipment.
- Experience in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing.
- Proficiency in production supervision and lockout/tag out procedures.
- Expertise in PLC troubleshooting, including systematic safety checks and examination of power supply, wiring, and hardware.
- Experience as an electromechanical technician with a systematic approach to diagnosing and resolving issues in systems combining electrical and mechanical components.
Skills & Qualifications
- Completed training in electromechanics (DEP or DEC).
- Written and verbal communication skills in English.

The work environment requires the ability to lift and/or move up to 35 pounds and involves standing, walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching as needed. Climbing portable ladders is also necessary. Use of Personal Protection Equipment is required. The role demands good manual dexterity and multi-limb coordination.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Chandler, AZ.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $40.00 - $40.00/hr.
