We are seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our multi-faceted Product Development Team. You will be responsible for developing, testing, and optimizing product designs for the offroad aftermarket. Our ideal candidate has a background in design for manufacturing and experience with sheet metal and tube weldments/structures. Experience designing machined parts is also preferred. We work solely in Solidworks, extensive experience with this program is necessary.

• Design and develop vehicle components.
• Test components in real world scenarios.
• Identify and resolve engineering challenges, including troubleshooting product failures and implementing corrective actions.
• Create packaging designs and technical drawings for manufacturing.
• Maintain detailed documentation of product specifications, design changes, and testing results.
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor products, and customer feedback to inform design decisions and drive innovation.
• Manage quality control documentation and implementation with our QA partners and factories.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to bring innovative products from concept to market.

• 3D scanning (performing scans and prepping files for use)
• Technical drawings
• Knowledge and experience of sheet metal and tube assemblies and weldments
• Design for manufacturing experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Teamwork and collaboration abilities
• Manufacturing/building/fabrication experience is a plus.

Compensation $26-$29 per hour DOE
