The Manufacturing Supervisor leads day‑to‑day production operations, ensuring manufacturing activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with cGMP and internal SOPs. This is a hands‑on leadership role supporting technicians and operators in a fast‑paced GMP environment.

• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production schedules and quality standards.
• Lead, train, and mentor manufacturing technicians and operators.
• Ensure strict compliance with cGMP, SOPs, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor production performance, resolve operational issues, and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams to support smooth operations.
• Review batch records, deviations, and corrective actions in collaboration with QA.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized manufacturing environment.

Required:

• 3–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical or regulated manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, production processes, and documentation.

Preferred:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Engineering, Science, or related field.
• Prior supervisory or team‑lead experience.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
